Design

Our account executives will work closely with your organization to develop a custom telephone survey designed to get to the essence of your customers' perceptions of your business. Implement

Using a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) system, trained interviewers will call your customers. After completing a pre-determined number of phone surveys for each location, customer responses are tabulated and your custom reports are made available to you online.

Report

The results of your organization’s phone surveys will be available for review online via a unique username and password. From the data, you will be able to:

  • Identify customers with specific problems. This is an excellent opportunity to turn dissatisfied customers into long-term, loyal customers.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses, as perceived by your customers. You then can determine if there is a need to enhance customer satisfaction with existing products and services, or if there is a need for new products and services.
