How it Works
First
Our account executives work closely with
you to develop a comprehensive, custom
plan for shopping each location. This
might include shopping several departments,
interacting with one or more sales associates,
walking through each department to view
displays, etc.
Next
Our trained hidden-video shoppers, matched
to your average customer profile, shoppers
who match your average customer profile
visit your locations. Using state-of-the-art
digital button-hole camcorders, the shopper
records his or her shopping experience.
Typically, video shops last anywhere from
twenty minutes to several hours, depending
on the type of business and the urgency
of your staff to make a sale.
Then
You experience the actual shop on either
VHS tape, DVD or CD video. For added benefit,
our evaluators will analyze the shop.
