Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Surveys

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) surveys are one of the most cost effective ways to gather customer feedback.  Utilizing an automated phone system, IVR surveys allow consumers to answer questions without human interaction.  Your customers will respond to questions by either pressing phone keys or by responding with voice answers that are recorded for later analysis.

Design

Implement

Client customers are given a toll-free number to contact. Customers are asked a predetermined question set in which they will respond using either voice commands or numeric keypad inputs.

After completing the IVR surveys for each location, customer responses are tabulated and your custom reports are made available to you online.

Review

The results of your organization’s Interactive Voice Response surveys will be available for review online via a unique username and password.  From the data, you will be able to:

  • Identify customers with specific problems. This is an excellent opportunity to turn dissatisfied customers into long-term, loyal customers.
