History
Shoppers’ View was formed in 1993 to meet previously unmet needs in the owner’s own multi-store retail organization. From its humble beginnings, Shoppers’ View has grown to become the largest telephone mystery shopping company in the world, performing thousands of mystery shops each week.
From the original telephone mystery shopping service, Shoppers’ View has branched out to include a vast array of mystery shopping services across all mediums, as well as a division dedicated entirely to customer satisfaction surveys.
